5th Caribbean CFC Conference

Dear Brothers and Sisters, greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The CFC groups in Jamaica are very excited to finally announce that registration for the 2004 5th Caribbean CFC Conference is now open. We praise the Lord for removing all obstacles we initially experienced in our small community and thank Him now as we prepare for this great event.
The 5th Caribbean CFC Conference “Fear not for I am with you” (Isaiah 41:10) will be held on July 9, 10 & 11, 2004 at the Holy Childhood High School, 9 Skibo Avenue, Kingston 10, Jamaica, W.I., and we are expecting your early registration. The site is centrally located in Kingston, in close proximity to many of our major hotels, main business and shopping centers. All registrations are to be done through the named Conference Area Coordinator (CAC) in each country, who will deal directly with our 5th Caribbean CFC Conference Secretariat.
The Conference Registration Fee is US$75.oo per person, and covers
* Transport to and from the airport in Kingston, Jamaica
* entry to the conference, with a small packet of Jamaica souvenirs
* registration paraphernalia, a souvenir programme, group photo, and conference T-shirt and
* meals (Friday night snack, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday and the Saturday night Caribnite Dinner and Concert)
There is an “EARLY DOCTOR BIRD SPECIAL” (EDBS) Fee of US$70.oo per person. To qualify for the EDBS fee each delegate will have to submit, the attached completed registration form, together with their non-refundable US$45.oo deposit before March 9, 2004 and make the final US$25.oo payment before April 30, 2004. The CAC is to consolidate the registration forms and deposits and forward them to the Secretariat by March 15, 2004 in the case of the first deposit, and May 7, 2004 for the payment of the Balance. All payments for the conference are to be paid to the Secretariat and made payable to Couples for Christ Jamaica. The Secretariat will forward receipt confirmation from the CAC’s forms and deposits, and the status of each delegate, before registration closes May 27, 2004. Registrations after May 27, 2004 will incur a US$5.00 late fee on top of the $75.00 registration fee.
The procedure for registration is:
* each area is to name a Conference Area Coordinator (CAC) who will deal directly with our 5th Caribbean CFC Conference Secretariat headed by Melesia Sewell (mel2768@innocent.com)
* the CAC contact’s information (name, address, telephone numbers and email address) is to be emailed to, the CFC Caribbean 5th Conference Secretariat, mel2768@innocent.com as soon as possible, preferably before December 15, 2003.

We are also asking you to include the CFC Conference service team here in Jamaica in your daily prayers and in our respective national days of fasting. We are enclosing a copy of the beautiful conference prayer used in prior conferences so that every member of the CFC family can pray everyday for the success of all CFC conferences this year and next.
